You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email or a letter sent by post). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods – whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
